• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

All items are handmade in 8-10 business days - I will be glad to make minor changes to the dress without any additional cost -

Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded. Please if you reject parcels when shipped refunds will be made excluding shipping cost. The return must be in an approved and salable condition within 7 days from when you received it. Please use trackable return courier. Refunds will be made after receipt of your returns.
